  • 1. Are there any mileage restrictions?
    Our Minilease offer includes 2016 km per 28 days.
  • 2. Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?
    Yes that’s possible. An additional driver and the young driver fee are included free of charge in our rates.
  • 3. How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle?
    For the provision of the vehicle we need at least 3 working days.
  • 4. How can I pay for my rentals?
    You are able to pay with any accepted credit card. Companies can apply for a Company Business account.
  • 5. How long do I have to tie myself in for?
    The minimum rental period with us is only 28 days which gives you great flexibility.
  • 6. Can I change the car if I don't like it?
    Yes - We will always try and accommodate personal preferences so please contact your rental location if you require a vehicle change.
  • 7. Where can I pick up my vehicle?
    Hertz has over 200 locations in Germany where you can pick up your vehicle. See www.hertz.de for details.
  • 8. Can I also rent commercial vehicles on a monthly base?
    Yes - our Minilease Cargo offers are specifically for commercial vehicles. However, modified conditions apply here: minimum 56 days rental, 3,360 km per month (28 days) and Adblue fee (3€ plus VAT per 100 km).
